Radicore is available for free under terms of the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL). If you build an application using Radicore which you use privately then you can do what you like without the need for any licence. However, if you make it available to others then it moves from private to non-private use, in which case you must also release the source code in order to comply with the AGPL. If you do not wish to release the source code then the only alternative is to obtain a commercial license for every server on which the application is deployed.
